Quality gazebo at a fair price.

Very easy to assemble. This design is definitely an improvement over the previous. It is a challenge to get the four posts plum when installing however and it can definitely be assembled with a second person helping out. Overall I am very happy with the product.

Patio Canopy

This is second one we've owned. Fabric lasted 5 years on old one. Fabric on this one looks to be higher quality. Like our first one, one piece of the frame came damaged and we will have to try to get new one. This time it was a post, but we did not notice until almost done assembling. Overall though we have been happy with how it holds up in the weather.

I have few questions

I am interested in this gazebo. I wonder what does it mean "water-repellent" and "not water-resistant"? We have few rains during the winter time, no snow, but windy (25mph - 30mph). Does it mean that the rain water will get through the canopy roof? Will the furniture get wet? Do I need to purchase extra canopy roof for the future since I am not sure how long the company will support the parts? Also, if I buy it I want to secure the legs with masonry screws on my patio concrete slab. Thank you.

too light weight

This is so lightweight it lifts from wind. It's not so easy to put together and design of curtains is not easy to put on. The net curtains don't attach to anything at the corners so they blow all over.

Damaged after 1st storm

I had high hopes that this would at least last us one year but unfortunately the straps broke during the first thunderstorm. Luckily I have it nailed to the cement otherwise it would of blown away.

Poor product followed by poor customer service

Could never put product up as it arrived damage and Lowes refused to help us

Missing part

Would be absolutely spectacular if in fact it was all in the box. Also I’d be totally happy if they would get me the missing part sooner than three weeks. The top vent canopy was missing without it I can not hang the fan. I cannot put on the main canopy. I can not hang the lights. So basically not usable until the part is here. Attractive! Great shade!

I love it! the directions were easy to follow! They gave us extra screws and washers! Its holding up thru rain and wind!

Really nice Gazebo, We really enjoy lounging under it. When anchored into the ground it stands up to higher winds

this is a terrible product with no bug protection

Being disabled my husband paid $300.00 to have this assembled. None of the top 12 ft bars are straight or fit in canopy at the correct seam lines. Also we have has 2 other Allen and Roth gazebos and the top air vent was secured to the top canopy with velcro and a finial. This top is free flowing and the mosquito netting is useless. It does not lay in place and the bugs are already inside!! Was told this model is defective and could return but this would be a challenge and would have to agai...

Manufacturers defects

The instructions weren’t great and I installed by myself. Finally got the frame together with the exception of a cross bar that was impossible to attach, it seems like it too short by a few inches. Then I got the canopy cover on only to get to the last bar and the corner wouldn’t even reach, off by about 12 inches. I reassembled and tried turning the cover to make sure I had the longer side aligned with the longer side of the metal bars. No luck. I’m so frustrated that I’ve spent two days now on...
