Avoid at all costs

You people need to FADE this set of lights. Horrible. Lights immediately got hot within seconds of plug in, a potential fire hazard on a wood deck. One of my kids bumped into the light bulb against the deck rail and it shattered, all in five minutes of unboxing, glass everywhere. Ugly brown cord, even the packaging is cumbersome and has the lights 'trapped' in cardboard due to fragility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Descent lights, cheap lightbulbs

I bought two strands of these lights about 6 months apart. I heavily used the first strand and the lights bulbs on that strand we’re almost entirely burnt out after a little more than 4 months. For the price, they are great though. I ended up getting a light sensor timer for them to save the light bulbs. The only downside is that replacing all of the bulbs is more expensive than buying a brand new strand. I’m sure that the new light bulbs are better quality though and will last longer. Overall, ...

Great purchase

These are very nice lights; the bulbs are a large size and light up bright white. The cord is well constructed and durable and withstand the rain. Love them!

Great Price

In comparisons to other lights I’ve looked at they were a great price. I bought 3 sets for our patio and they put out a great color lighting. Well worth the price.

Great string of bulbs

Bought 4 strands of bulbs at $16.00 a box. They look great on the patio awning. As for them breaking or even breaking out of nowhere, if you handle them improperly I suppose they will break. We did t have a problem with any strand of lights we bought. They are very nice looking and put out enough light to sit and enjoy the summer night. I recommend these lights. No issues at all!

Don't last long

They didnt last the year! Yes Brake Easy... And all But 4 Lights Blew out,With in 4 months... They are Outside lights!?! But I like the Look, so Im gonna Give them another Go... Lets See if they Stay this year! The Whole point is for them to be up all year! I love Lights. So Hoping the News Ones Last...wish Me Luck!

Great lights

We purchased these two years ago for our pergola. No problems with broken bulbs or burned out bulbs. Every original bulb is still burning. Great product

Very good for the price

We have seen these for a lot more money, these are just as nice and look great. They have a plug at the end so you can string them together.

Great Lights

I have bought four sets of this light string and have not experienced any problems with the bulbs being too fragile. In fact I dropped one about three feet onto the patio and it bounced a bit but did no break which really surprised me. Most bulbs would. Using for lighting outdoors and they produce beautiful soft gold light. Not too bright or too dim. Perfect for what I was looking for and they Work with with a dimmer.

Warm glow, cool looking. Some ideas to improve:

The lights are nice. They do their job well. But it would be nice if there was a hook or hole above each light fixture to help hang them. And the cord could have two distinct features: 1 it could be longer before the bulbs begin. Secondly it would be nice to have a switch on the cord itself rather than having to plug and unplug the lights each time you want to use them.

Fragile!

Broke 3 bulbs putting up three strands. Going to Lowes tomorrow for replacements but by the looks of it, I'm not going to find them. They are beautiful otherwise.

Pricey and fragile bulbs - no replacement bulbs

I purchased 2 strands when they were on sale. I broke 2 bulbs (exploded) getting them out of the package and hanging them. The glass is very thin and it doesn't take much to break. Love the ambience but getting replacement bulbs is difficult to impossible. Nobody stocks the replacement bulbs. They are special order only at Lowes but I've yet to find anyone from Lowes to be able to help find them.
