What Customers Are Saying
The product is generally well-received, with customers praising its sturdiness, adjustability, and effectiveness in supporting and leveling floors. Many found the construction to be heavy-duty and the installation to be easy. However, some customers reported issues with quality control, such as missing parts or manufacturing defects. There were also concerns about the strength and durability of the plates, as well as the difficulty in adjusting the screw mechanism. Overall, the product is considered a reliable and functional solution for floor support and leveling, though the manufacturer could improve the consistency of quality.
