Would RecommendI put this down in a rental unit, the tenants had washing machine issues and it flooded countless times with indoor/outdoor carpet over it. It never swelled, it never deteriorated in any way. I will never use anything else, ever.

Would RecommendAfter lots of research, ordered 12 AdvanTech along with the suggested glue. Pickup at my Lowes in Buckhannon was easy and effortless. These sheets are very heavy (I'm 73 yrs old) and solid and slick, but manage to get them to my build where all I had to do is slide off the truck onto the floor frame. I glued and screwed them with the suggested gaps. Sawing them was very easy and proved they are solid through out the sheet. Will use again, well worth the money.
