Little Tank with Big Objectives!
Well I installed this little monster with a coworker and it was pretty frigging easy...my adorable plumber was busy and encouraged us and we felt like we could do it so that's exactly what we did! It was pretty funny but what's even funnier is that we have HOT WATER!

Would RecommendI installed this in my crawl space and the 48 gal lowboy fits just right. With room to install the Eastman tee and Expansion 2 gal tank. My water supply is 30/50 pressure well, using a 44 gal well tank. Yes, I had hot water in 1 hour. Hope this helps if needed?

Would RecommendBought this water heater about three weeks ago upgrading the unit in my home and this thing gets toasty! My original water heater was adjusted to 140°, so I installed this one at the same temperature but had to turn it back down to the default setting of 120°. Very satisfied with this unit.

Lasted 13 years
Would RecommendThis is a replacement for the exact model we currently have. Our first tank lasted 13 years. I believe if we had maintained it better, it may have lasted longer. I dropped 1 star because we picked up the new tank and it was damaged. Brought the 2nd tank home and it is damaged as well (dented on bottom of tank and top near the lid 😣 🤷♀️

First unit lasted 3 weeks n started leaking out of bottom.returned unit n installed another unit it lasted 3 days n started leaking out the bottom.returned unit and installed hot water heater #3 time will tell on this unit.Asked for refund but would only receive credit on credit card n I’ve already paid for first unit.who wants a $500 credit just sitting there

Easy install with the exception of removing anode
Would RecommendThe anode was extremely hard to remove. I purchased a powered anode as it is nearly impossible to replace the anode due to its location.
