Would Recommendonly installed a month and so far so good we shall see. The guys at Lowes were very helpful and polite. None on the floor but in stock on the high shelf and they worked quickly to get one for me then checked me out right there. Now that was easy!

Would RecommendI had an AO Smith 50 gallon water heater installed 14 years ago and did not have any problems. Of course I was going to have a AO Smith water heater installed again!

Anode unable to be changed
Would Not RecommendHeater is 2 months old and cannot change zinc anode to aluminum even with 800 ftlb dewalt impact wrench. of course Lowes does not support the product and referred to AO smith who does not have a page on website to start warranty claim. Good grief what a joke

HORRID EXPERIENCE
I Purchased this hot water heater on. July 8th of 2026. When they delivered, I noticed the box was broken at the bottom. I asked about it and since they weren't installing it, they said, "when you open the box, if you find damage, just call Lowe's." After they left, I put my hand in the box and found it was definitely dented in two places.
