Frustrating! No returns
Would Not RecommendThere was an issue with the pressure valve right away. My plumber identified the issue immediately. The store does not take them back, the fix ... spend 2 hours on the phone with the manufacturer, then call their plumber who wanted $250 service fee deposit in case issue was not a warranty item, then wait several days for them to come out. Very frustrating that I could not just load it back up in the truck and exchange it since we literally bought it a few hours before.
