Would RecommendI installed yesterday. It was an easy install and I had enough hot water for two showers 90 minutes later. Time will tell the reliability of the unit but I have used A.O. Smith products in the past with great satisfaction.

Would RecommendI installed this yesterday, and it was easy to do. The only thing I am not crazy about is the drain valve is too close to the pan and will be hard to put a hose on it. This has a lot of installation inside around the thermostat, which is nice.

Had to purchase a new element during installation, went ahead and purchased two and replaced the other one as well. Since then, everything is 100% - we'll see the electric bill impact next month when the bill comes in.
