Would Not RecommendBought and installed 4/2023 - It works fine and probably will for a while. Definitely not built for longevity. Assembly quality was not great. Stripped bolts, bulging insulation, warped plastic and slap dash. I am sure it will be fine for its use but won't buy this again.

Easy Installation
Would RecommendI have only had it installed for 2 days now, but so far so good! There was a slight flaugh where the bottom pan connects to side shell. Bad aesthetically, but the heater still operates as intended.

I did not know it was leaking for several days and I Did not have the money to buy a new one.. I'm an elderly disabled woman with very little income. I am Very Blessed and Forever grateful to that wonderful caring person.. >No problems since it was installed.. Thank You

Would RecommendWaited 35 minutes for an associate to help me in electrical department, even after i went to customer service to ask for assistance. Had to go a second time and ask for help from flooring department. Flooring associate was excellent, got someone right over to help me.

Would RecommendThis water heater has less wattage than the more expensive one but if you don't have alot of people in your home, it really doesn't matter. It's taller than my old AO Smith one but fit in OK.
