Quality has gone down hill.
Would Not RecommendAt the time I opened the box at home my new hot water heater was dented, and the plumber warned it could be an issue or it could be cosmetic. Having no hot water, I had the plumber install the dented hot water tank. I think I am generous giving you a 3 score.

Would RecommendIt has been in service for one week with no issue. It replaced a like water heater and was slightly wider than the old heater 30 gallon heater. Just made it into the closet!

Would RecommendThis unit was installed last week, looks good. Time will tell about how good this heater is. My Rheem unit, the one this one replaced, lasted 19 years. I heard they don't make them like they use to.
