Too soon to tell
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought it. it is unclear if my knife is Western (A) or Eastern (B). It’s the Kanren 8” Chefs knife. Designed in Germany but manufactured in Japan. I went with Eastern fitting. we shall see.

Just what I needed

A friend who was visiting recently commented that my knives were in desperate need of sharpening. This sharpener is perfect for my needs because I have both Japanese and European knives. I also know I don’t have the patience to use a whetstone. My friend recommended this instead. Easy to use and now all my knives are super sharp. Color me happy!
