[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initial impression wasn’t great since the adapter for the Japanese knife sharpener broke when removed from the storage compartment for the first time. A quick chat with customer service and they promptly shipped a replacement. I’ve sharpened a few knives with the sharpener and have been impressed. Good customer service saved the day.

Easy to use

V-edge sharpener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My handheld sharpeners were not getting the job done consistently. The V-edge so far seems to give a much easier and more consistent edge. It took a bit of practice to swap for various grade and type, but now it is pretty quick.

Finally one that really works!!

I’ve had what sharpening stones I’ve had other tools dedicated tools, absolutely no luck with any. Finally I got a quality tool with detailed instructions. I read through the manual and then sharpen the knives I’ve been trying on for years. They came out beautiful. Passed the tomato test first try.

Versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sharpener works great. I appreciate the ability to change blade angles for my variety of knives. I also appreciate the option of rotating the stones for longer stone life. Oh yeah, my knives now have razor sharp edges.

Excellent sharpener

Sharper Knives! V-Edge knife sharpener

Seems to work well
