It’s sharpens the knife so beautifully and so quickly and smoothly. I have beautiful a set of Zwilling knives, and after 5 years of use they were getting a bit dull. But now they are like brand NEW!!!! This is the best company for good knives that last a long time and stay in good condition!!!!
