Best paring knife
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Friends have owned these knifes and I was thought they were too expensive to own. Found out that was not true. Enjoy cooking but hated knifes that could never stay sharp. This paring knife is well balanced and finely crafted. Will be the go to knife in our kitchen.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried other knives, and the Professional is very comfortable, super sharp and the 4 inch is a perfect size. (That’s not what she said!) I prefer the old, more slender shape. Overall great value for the longevity and durability.

Does the job and looks good too
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an old chipped Henkels classic paring knife that we wanted to replace. The price was right on this one and the blade is a bit taller. Somehow we bent the tip within the first week but i was able to bend it back. Made me appreciate the softer steel.

Perfect for a new home chef
