Came razor sharp and in great shape. A fantastic utility kitchen knife. You can debone a chicken or French a rack of lamb in no time. Clean, precise cuts and comfortable for all day every day use. Great knife.

Stable Paring Knife
Would RecommendWanted a step up from our Cutco paring knife. Was looking for a 3 1/2 inch blade with more blade height, weight and handle in hand stability. This one is fantastic! Haven’t had it long enough to know how well it holds its edge, but my bet is, I’ll be satisfied.
