Great tasting water but pitcher needs redesign

Love your product and the water tastes great. Still unsure if the filter removes the good minerals and vitamins that we need from water. My only complaint is that after filling the top with water, one must wait to pour it in, as the freshly added water will leak out when pouring it from the pitcher.

I will probably be sending back the entire water glass tank and the 12 filters I just ordered. The spout leaks and that's been replaced once already. The filters need to be changed every three weeks and that's way too expensive for me. Not a happy camper.

LEAKING FILTERS REPLACEMENT

Unfortunately, the rubber around the rings of the filter is thinner, thus they leak. Even thought you tighten more it still leaks.

Hard to replace filter

I’ve been using a zero water for while because I like the taste of water but one thing I have problem with is that it is so hard to replace a filter. I have small hands and they are almost too much for me to handle. I wish there are easier to replace like a some other filter water in the market.

Clean Water

We started buying Zero Water after visiting my son and daughter-in-law, who were raving about it. My daughter-in-law was pregnant and was very concerned with what she put in her body. We went home and bought the dispenser and filters and have been using them ever since…2 years now. We love the pure taste.

It works but......

While it works as advertised, I think that an under sink filtration sytem might bee cheaper for the long run. Keep in mind that our water routinely measures between 400 to 450 PPM. I use two filters so that the firsst is used until it no longer takes any solids out. The second filter than lasts a longer and nothing is wasted..

Major improvement

I have my own well and the Zero filters definitely improve the taste.

Well Made Filters

The replacement filters, the heart of the Zerowater pitcher, are always well-made and do the job well. I have figured out an easier way to replace the filters. Unscrew the old one, which is easy. To attach the new filter, I hold the filter in one hand while the other hand keeps the piece the filter screws into firmly on a clean counter. This makes it easier to screw in the new filter without cross-threading.

Use and recycle

This is a dependable product, esp now that I know I can recycle filters. Thank you.

Best Filters

Absolutely love the filters. Really makes a difference in the taste of your water and I feel safer drinking my water with the filters.

My search continues

They leak around the screw in part and allow tap water to by pas filter. They are slow to filter. Very very slow.

Zero Water Filters

I love this product. We used it in NJ and still use it here in Florida. They say Florida has the WORST drinking water in the Country, but with Zero Water, it tastes just like water...NOTHING!
