Need a more environmentally sustainable design

I really dislike the hard and heavy plastic casing that will last forever in the waste stream. I wish you could come up with something more sustainable. I will soon have a filter at my sink and will stop using your product.

Zerowater and it's filters

We moved to Florida and the water here is IMPOSSIBLE to drink. I am so grateful that we bought Zerowater while we were living in NJ. We lived in a condo that was built in 1975 and you can imagine what the pipes looked like after 50 years. That's when we bought Zerowater containers, one for the fridge and a large one for the counter to cook with.

Black water

All of the filters in my pack results in black water. What is going on with this brand?!

Used to be great

I am very unhappy with my last 2 orders of these filters. I order in boxes of 2 filters each. Out of 4 filters, 2 were covered in mold on the top of the filter and 1 was making the water black when filtering and tested at an 8 before I even got to use it. That means 3 of 4 filters that I paid for are unusable. These filters are not cheap but I've always felt the expense was worth it because they did such an excellent job with contaminants. However, a 75% failure rate is not sustainable.

Filters have Changed and NOT for the good!

I used to love Zerowater and their filters used to be good. Since they are now part of Culligan, something in their filters have changed! I have so much black at t he bottom of my big water dispenser and the water starts tasting funny a couple weeks into using it. I test the water and it reads zero on the meter? Why did you change a good thing?

Clean Tasting!

The water taste great! It is so clean and free of the chorine.

Filled container 5 times and it already at 006. What a waste of money.

your product is awesome! The only thing I'm not happy is your service for recycling filters. It's not very convenient and there is no care about the environment. Hope you get improving!

forever filter

I recently moved and found that the water in the new house did not agree with one of my dogs - as that was the only thing different; he had no issues in the other home. At first, I thought it was stress, but weeks went by with no changes. So I decided to tackle the only variable: the water. I switched to Zerowater about 7 years ago, and it's one of my better decisions. I have significant level of different sediments (229+ TDS) in my water, and the Zerowater filter makes my water "0" TDS. My drinking water is clear and tastes perfect.

Filters stop working requiring constant squeezing

The filters continue to stop filtering water after only a couple days of use. I have to constantly squeeze and shake them to get them to work again. I sent a support email about this almost a week ago and no response, just a request to provide a review.

Product quality has declined quite a bit

We have used zero water filters for over 10 years and swore by them, recently we noticed that the filter quality has declined by approximately 30%, filters used to have a plastic lid that protected the filter and this was replaced with a cheap foil cover. Coupled with the price increase has us looking for a different filter vender. We will be changing as soon as we find a suitable replacement
