What Customers Are Saying
The ZeroWater filter system receives mixed reviews. Many users praise its ability to effectively filter water and produce clean, great-tasting results. However, a significant number report issues with the filters not lasting as long as advertised, often only 1-2 weeks before the water starts tasting off or the TDS reading rises sharply. Some users also experience a recurring fishy or metallic taste, making the water undrinkable. Overall, the product can be highly effective when working properly, but there are quality control and consistency issues with the filters that undermine the product's reliability.

Not as expected
The new filter provides a reading of 007 instead 000 as expected. Anything above 006 ppm means time for replacement. Not what I expected

ZeroWater Filter – Starts Great, Ends Fishy
I’ve now gone through three separate ZeroWater filters, and each time, the pattern has been the same: fresh, clean-tasting water at first, followed by a noticeably fishy or metallic taste after just a couple of weeks of normal use. This isn't a subtle issue – the off-putting flavor makes the water undrinkable. I double-checked my tap water, storage conditions, and filter usage, and the result was consistent: something in the filter itself appears to degrade or leach after a short period. It’s...

Now new filters. That was and isn’t needed.
Zero has always been good to our family, creating affordable filtration that works supremely well, producing great tasting water at affordable prices. But since the Culligan takeover, they’re not Zero anymore. Case in point we have the large glass countertop model that has worked perfectly for years. Now Culligan has changed the filters. Now you can still buy the old Zero filters but if you want to convert to the new filters, you have to buy an entire new container. All Culligan would have t...

Cleanest Water on the Market!
I have been using ZeroWater technology for over a decade now and have peace of mind knowing that I am drinking the cleanest and healthiest water I can get on the market. That is until the new Culligan/Zerowater systems came out. I recently upgraded to the new 33 cup Culligan filter system, and I am again impressed with the new filter specifications and operation of this new unit. TY Culligan and ZeroWater! Best there is, best there ever will be!

Major Filter Design Flaw
Of the 10 filters I've used with the 32 cup dispenser, only 2 have worked properly. Most will work for a week or two, and then stop filtering - or will filter only when the bottom of the filter is above the water line in the dispenser. So frustrating. I just purchased 4 more filters, and the first one won't filter at all. So frustrating. I want a refund so I can buy a product that actually works, but am not holding my breath.

Filter quality dramatically dropped recently
I've noticed these filters don't last as long as they used to before the water starts tasting off and the TDS numbers skyrocket. This started a couple months ago and I find it hard to believe the tap water quality has gotten so bad the filters last 1-2 weeks when they used to last 4-6 weeks. The amount of time the filters last has decreased dramatically in the past 6 months from 6 weeks to 4-6 to 3-4, and now 1.5-2 weeks. Less than 2 weeks is ridiculous.

Air bubbles
Would RecommendThese work very well most of the time. Lately I’ve been having difficulty with all of the water filtering down. It seems like air gets trapped in the filter. I have to tilt the pitcher until I get the air bubbles out before all the water can filter.

The new filters leak in my pitcher.
Would Not RecommendThe new filters are useless. They do not seal in my pitcher - only in my 5 gal unit. My old filter seals just fine in my pitcher, so it's not my unit. I knew when Culligan took this over the quality would drop.

Not bad
Would RecommendLike the ZeroWater system very much, but from time to time the filters just won’t filter the water.

These only last a week?
Would Not RecommendIve been using these filters for a while but the last box of 6 I ordered are horrible. Each filter has only lasted a week before the water starts tasting terrible.
From Culligan
We apologize for the short life on your last box of filters, we have placed an order to have them replaced for you.
You're STILL the BEST!
I have been using ZeroWater for a couple of years now and I must say the water definitely tastes better than the "other major brand". Thank you ZeroWater!

Awesome 5 stage water filter
Would RecommendAwesome 5 stage water filter! I have used Zero water filters for years- I use it both at home and at our cabin. I have tested our water at home both before (meter read 371) and after ( meter read 000) filtering. I won't use any other water filtering system
