Works but BE CAREFUL!!
Works ONCE YOU GET THE SEAL RIGHT. Ar first the new filter barely improved on untreated water. After a call to the help line, I was able to tighten it enough to fully seal. Then it worked great (based on their tester). Summary: ESSENTIAL TO CHECK FOR LEAKS

Great value, definitely would recommend if some had poor quality drinking water, our municipal water has a string iron and chlorine taste and smell, tested 329 ppm, even through the frudge filter (which was for taste only) it was still in the 200s....now, we have Zero water!

I have been using this product for several years. I took a break from it and when I came back it seemed as though the filters took a really long time to filter water. I have had water in the upper reservoir for 12+ hours before. I don't remember that ever being a problem before.

Would RecommendI never thought water could taste so good! These filters are amazing and last about 4-5 months here in NYC. I am so glad that I made the switch from Britta to Zero! The only thing that I had trouble with the replacement filter is that it doesn't seal as good as the filter that originally came with the pitcher. I just needed to tighten it a bit more so that it would seal off better. Now all is good.
