Would RecommendThe zip system is so easy to use. You install it like regular OSB board and then use the zip tape on the seams. Sheathing and waterproofing in one - voila! I'll be using this system on all my builds from now on.

Zip should be your first consideration.
Would RecommendZip system sheathing is the best way to go for ensuring a continuous vapor and air barrier. Lowes was unable to get the Zip-R that I wanted, so I purchased the 3/4" PolyIso sheets and used those as an underlayment. The zip went up over those flawlessly and after a spray foam insulation, we have a water-tight highly insulated home. Zip system components are worth the little extra.
Better option over house wrap
Seems better than house wrap, water gets behind vinyl siding, hopefully this will last
Perfect product to increase production
Would RecommendThis product lets you skip the horrors of installing house wrap. It is pre marked and quick to apply. It works great to dry in your project faster without the worries of swelling OSB. The sealed joints allow for air sealing and the surface is not slick like house wrap. Feels better when setting ladders against this surface.

Would RecommendPerfect but a lot of tape work. Make sure you use the zip system tape. The off brand tapes were garbage on this board

Would RecommendOn long sides has the 1/8 inch spacer built in. weather resistant, no house wrap so saves time an money. premarket at two different common nailing places was looking as your framing is square. LOL.
