Would RecommendThese are so handy to use on hose ends. In my case especially because I like to disconnect the hose from the outside water spigot for fear of a hose exploding from heat and pressure in the heat of summer. Probably a fear my grandpa put in my years ago as kid. Also, I have one of those expanding/shrinking hoses. Would RecommendThese quick connectors are unvalved which means when they are disconnected water will still flow through either connector. most garden hose quick connectors are valved so one side stops the water flow when disconnector.
