What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this nozzle for delivering an intense, concentrated jet stream that effortlessly cleans driveways, patios, gutters, and stubborn dirt while reducing water usage. Many highlight the built-in shut-off valve and simple mechanical design as excellent value. However, a notable minority report durability concerns, with complaints about plastic components breaking, connection points failing, or the nozzle becoming stuck to hoses. Some accept this as a trade-off for the price and replace it periodically, while others express frustration with early failures. Overall, most customers consider it highly effective for heavy-duty cleaning despite material quality reservations.

Would RecommendThis nozzle works well for flushing out A/C coil drain when it plugs up. The smooth cone design allows it to be used on a 1/2 inch pipe with no fittings to connect to.

So simple, so effective
Would RecommendIf you don't need the "shower" option to water plants/trees/grass, get this. It is so simple and it works!

Nozzle Water Jet w/Built in Shut-Off
Would RecommendYears ago I purchased a solid brass nozzle water jet, which worked great. Came back to Lowe's to find another, and this nozzle was recommended. Was hesitant at first, but it turned out better because of the built in shut-off. One has control at their finger tips without having to run back to the main water nozzle for shut-off.

I had to bring it back, it had not much pressure over a regular hose!

Good for a time
Would RecommendIt worked very well and did an excellent job, until the lever to close broke, and then well, did not work.

Good for long shots, Poor for durability
Would RecommendI have two hillside plantings, so I need a long-shooting nozzle. Tried several different types, and none match this nozzle's ability to fire a solid stream to the top (30' +/-). I've had 4, and all but one are broken. The little lever on the side is rubber-coated plastic and if you drop the hose and anything hits the little lever - it's a goner. Tried to fix one, but it can't be done, since the plastic has a tab under it that opens and closes the valve. At $3, it seems like a great deal, but not...
Junk
Would Not RecommendI bought this to keep our deck cleaned off. The part you turn the water on and off with broke off the 2nd time I turned it the first day.

cheap cheap cheap
Would Not RecommendNot long after buying this the shut off switch broke. everything looks like its built tough, but the switch is just a piece of cheap soft plastic that is supposed to withstand pressure of twisting on and off. It doesn't!! don't buy, get a actual metal one and save yourself the hassle.
Shut Off Faulty
Would Not RecommendBoth me and my neighbor have purchased several of these, and every one has broken shut offs. This renders the thing useless unless you leave it on all the time. Gilmour needs to use a metal shutoff and this would be the best jet nozzle out there.
Worst quality. On/Off switch is a terrible design. Broke off within a week. Bought another one thinking it was the one i had bought the first time but the second one ended up breaking aswell.
True meaning of getting what you paid for!
Would Not RecommendWhile this product has a great price. It lasted me all of two uses! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $6!
