Would Not RecommendHad this on less than and year splitting up the water in my basement to the washing machine and a sink. It started leaking. Luckily I noticed I had no hot water upstairs and checked the basement or else this may have flooded my basement. This was installed and never touched so it was not being wrenched on constantly or the valves being turned on and off hundreds of times.
