I wish I had bought this years ago! This lock is fantastic. It was very easy to install when i removed my existing dead bolt assembly. The instructions are easy to follow both on paper and digitally. The only thing I overlooked when purchasing this lock was that the wifi module was not included. We had to purchase the module seperately, this module allows you to use the lock when away from the house. App is very simple to use and it makes going in and out of the house super easy. Could not register :-(

I have this lock on my front door and it works perfectly fine, but I bought this one from Lowe's and someone must have returned it. Because when I try and set it up in the Yale app it says it's registered to someone else. I tried to reset according to the manual. Guess Lowe's sold a returned product as new.

Okay lock when it works

Product was defective and had to wait for Yale to send me a replacement which they sent the wrong one!

Lowes advertising showed that the module comes with this one for $160...but upon unboxing it had no module. This has been a chronic problem with big retailers ripping off their customers
