This is the first time I've used a tool like this, the ease of use was helpful & video one can see on You Tube. The gentlemen explained the uses clearly. One improvement would be to actually show how to use it with different knives.

Blade Sander for All Blades

The tool comes with different sanding belts so it can sand everything; scissors to lawnmower blades. The belts are easy to change. It comes with recommendations for which belt to use for each blade type. It seems built well but it is lightweight. The sanding "head" swivels but locks in to place.

Works great, can sharpen a lot of knifes quickly

I got this and immediatly sharpened about a dozen knifes we had at home, and then over 30 knives at our church. I needed to get some more sandpaper belts to do all that but it worked great! Remember to wear some kind of respiratory protection... the metal dust does get airborne and also the cuttings / dust will get spread out a bit on your work area ;-)

after a few times sharpening knives ,, i would not use this for expensive knives .. and agree with many of the negative reviews .. however if you have cheep kitchen or other type knives ,,this sharpener will work fine .. and will easily sharpen dull dull knives faster .. to put some sharpness to be satisfactory for everyday use ... but i also have the manual precision worksharp sharpener and i will only use that on my expensive japanese 15 degree kitchen knives . ..

Perfect for home use

I've tried so many different ways to sharpen my kitchen knives, pocket knives, and lawn mower blades. This is by far the easiest way to get it done and very sharp. I definitely recommend it for light to medium use. I haven't used it for "heavy" use, so I can't say yes or no on that.

I bought this to sharpen my scissor. it is kinda clumsy at first, but it takes practice. It did sharpen my scissors ✂️ and worked the way I wanted it to. I like that it is electrical and has a no hold platform. Comes with extra belts, ready to use right out of the box.

Great Little Sharpener

I always had trouble getting the razor sharp edge on a knife I wanted. I've had stones, strops, diamond blocks and even the Lansky sharpening system. I broke down and got this thing and love it. A few swipes to get a burr then go to lighter grit band for polishing a razor sharp edge. I do wish they included a medium grit band but you can order those if you like.
