No Documentation
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer came without any user's manual. The limited documentation did say I could call a certain number and they would mail it to me. I called and was told that it was no longer supplied and that I could download it online. The wife was very confused when it took over 3 hours to wash a load. Our old one did the same load in 45 minutes. Right now it is trial and error. It does do a good job on the dishes however.

The installation was scheduled just about 10 days after we ordered it, which was faster than predicted, especially considering it was the holidays. Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dishwasher for a few weeks now and it seems to do a very good job. Fairly quiet and dishes are clean. At this point I would definitely give it 4 to 4/12 stars. The silverware basket could use something in the center section (there was a different Whirlpool model that had a nicer basket), and my wife wishes that she could still manipulate the tines a bit more. Otherwise, it's a very good unit and so far we are satisfied.
