Due to Lowe’s policy that it had to be returned within 48 hours, the Whirlpool customer service rep I spoke with advised me to return it. So I now have to pay for 2 installations. I would like to purchase the same model (maybe not smart), but it’s no longer on sale. Whirlpool quoted me a price that was $70 higher.
