Picked up and when got to house had huge dent running down the whole back. They reordered and delivered another, and it was dented too.

We have tried different cycles. Does not dry good on 3rd rack. You cannot get ahold of anyone easily to talk to about anything. It comes with no owners manual and very few instructions on using it. Nothing about trouble shooting, Cleans the dishes well.
