Delivered on time and in good condition. Installation was as expected. Very quiet and works well. The controls being on the top of the door could be an issues for deep overhanging counter tops. It was workable with our granite top with a 1" over hang. Over all I'm pleased with this product.

Beware of damage
First of all the first 2 racks were broken and had to send out another one. It arrived the next day and haven’t tried it yet so I can’t say anything good or bad right now
