Rude managers and terrible service.

Lowes did not deliver my order when they were supposed to and didnt let me know when it was coming in. Then told me on another they that it was supposed to be there i get a phone call of them twlling me its not coming they dont know where it is or when its going to be there. Poor Quality!

I swore by whirlpool washer n dryers. These are garbage! I bought one from a Place in Danville that was brand new and as my husband and son was trying to get in basement it slipped off the dolly. No damage wash done to outside or inside as I now know. I thought the drop which wasn't a bad drop caused the shaking. By shaking I mean basically walking across the floor. So I bought a brand new one from Lowes and it's way, way worse. Had it delivered and they brought it into my basement. Such a waste...

Very happy with our machine

Steer clear!

After owning a Whirlpool Duet front load washer for many years, I decided to replace it with this Whirlpool model after the machine had run its course. After three weeks of owning this machine, it has NOT met my expectations. When the machine first starts the spin cycle, it shakes excessively and makes a loud banging noise. However, the lack of printed operating directions with included translations of symbols was not good. Not all people have access to a computer or learn differently so need/want print!! Also found controls overly sensitive — a mere brush by changes some settings!

Great when it turns on..

I bought this washer and dryer set for an area of my house that doesn’t get much use, maybe 7 months ago tops. They’ve gone through a max of 4-5 cycles. Last month the dryer had an error code that required pulling it away from the wall to reset etc. Today the washer is totally dead. The screen won’t light up or respond at all.
