Only had it a few weeks, but install was fast and functions as expected. I have only one complaint, which is the underside light. The worst part is the beep it makes when the food is finished is soooooo low that you have to be standing right in front of it to hear the beep. In all the microwaves I have ever owned, I have never had one where the beep wasn't loud enough that I couldn't hear it in the next room. EASY TO INSTALL

It was the same wall bracket so no changes needed to be made, speeding up the process. It took a short time to get used to the different controls, but easy to follow. A buzzer type sound would be better. 2. The hood light is not bright enough even on high. It looks like there are only 3 bulbs in the unit. 3.
