Hate it

We got this to replace our Frigidaire Gallery microwave, which I loved, but only lasted four years. The Whirlpool looks nice, but that’s the only thing I like about it. The light on the inside is dark, but it’s the light that’s supposed to illuminate the stovetop that I can’t stand. It’s supposed to be LED, but it gives about as much light as a 30 watt warm toned lightbulb. It’s placed back too far and isn’t functional for cooking. The other issue I have is that it seems like Whirlpool went...

New Microwave

Change the blue clock light

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a microwave that had a broken latch. This new model is ok. Some features available on the keypad of the old microwave were on the display and easer to find and use. For example, the reheat pizza was its own button on the display, now you have to find it under reheat. I don't find the features all that easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had a week. Replaced the equivalent GE. Works as expected. Unable to install the charcoal filter. Maximum alarm setting needs to be much louder. Can’t hear it unless you’re standing close.

Perfectly fit 30 inch cutout space, though taller.

Black and Stainless matches other kitchen appliances well. Wife loves appearance. Larger interior than 1.7 cu ft Kenmore Elite we replaced, but it still fit 30 inch cutout space above our counter. All features operate well. Tone played when cooking is complete is pleasant, but easy to hear and notice. Installer was courteous and professional, and did a great job.

Sleek design

It's ok

Good microwave

Good for the price....LED lights placement is Poor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall Good. One design defect that annoys me the most. The under the hoold light placement is all the way on the back, so when you are cooking, not eough light comes out in front. Also they used circuit board with LED instead of LED bulbs so its not easy to replace them by end users if they want to change buld of higher lumn. This is the most annoying part. otherwise rest is all good. I expect light source shoud be placed in middle / front so...
