It requires CONSISTENT TEMPERATURE for the yeast in the cake mixture to rise. If the display panel shows 350 degrees, what actually happens is a "cycling" up to 375 degrees (while still showing 350 on the panel), then slowly moving down to 325 degrees, and eventually reaching the area of 350. Works as advertised. No issues so far. This range has a sleek and modern look.

water takes a full hour to boil

This range was brand new with a new build we bought. It immediately had a bad motherboard, so they had to come out before we even moved in to replace that. (The tech scratched it in the process as well.) Even brand new, our water takes a full HOUR (we've timed it) to come to a boil. And yes, we use a lid everytime - which we all know shouldn't even be a quasi-resolution. Please DO NOT purchase this product. Also, we have to keep re-calibrating the oven temp bc it's never consistent.

Terrible new stove

I bought first one 2/26, oven poured out extensive amount of smoke, filled condo. Got another one delivered on 3/26. The oven is fine, but the stovetop cannot get hot enough to stir fry, sear any meat, and takes FOREVER to boil pasta. Tech came out, and Sid nothing wrong with the stovetop, just put a lid on a on to boil water. What a way to use a brand new stove. DO NOT BUY ANY WHIRLPOOL,ELECRRIC STOVES. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hope this holds up better than my previous Maytag (Whirlpool) as this is in our winter condo in Florida and it doesn't get a lot of use . our Maytag was only 6 years old and the second timthe we used the steam clean the back splash must have gotten to much mosture from the steam and it blew up not happy with the steam feature

Nice but hard to clean

Love it, BUT...

Caution if color blind

For some reason with the new stovetop, my husband has a hard time seeing the red light of the burner (it’s not that he’s making excuses to not have to make meals). Cleans easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Love this oven so far. It's very up to date, stylish and new-tech. I only gave 4 stars because the top surface is weird and hard to clean. It doesn't clean up nice like my old one did. And the oven doesn't heat as hot as my old one did either. So when you need it at 350 degrees, set it at 375 instead. But everything else is great.

Not impressed

I understand that this can happen on occaision, but it is our experience. The technician who checked our stove was great, but we have have been without a working stove since Friday, January 30th. Dangerous

Turn the oven on for baking the first time 350 degrees to preheat and smoke coming out from the oven it triggers the fire alarm. Scheduled for return to Lowe’s. Disappointing since I like its features and the looks. Won’t recommend.

DON’T

DO NOT BUY THIS. 4” of water in a flat bottomed kettle, with the lid on, appropriate sized burner takes 30+ minutes to boil. Do you really want to stand around waiting for that? Me either.
