Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dishwasher we’ve purchased. Cleans and dries the dishes very well. Very quiet - noise level is minimal during a cycle. Great features such as 3rd rack and the air dry technology. Only additional feature I wish it had was a delay wash.

Dishwasher

Just a dishwasher- Nothing fabulous, but it gets the job done. I had an LG before and it was nicer. The first time, The dishes were not really clean. The 2nd time the dish soap didn't open, so had to run it again. But the 3rd time was the charm, I haven't had another problem with it yet.

Good dishwasher needs some adjustments with button

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottom rack needs more support spiked in the middle. Top cutlery rack is a great addition. Control panel should be accessible from front. Rest is the best that can be expected in a dishwasher.

Worst purchase

It will all the sudden start up and run for 12 hours even after I cancel. This dishwasher sucks

No Operating Manual

Dishwasher came with a quick start guide and installation manual. NO OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS! Our last one explained everything from cycles choices to how to load/adjust racks.

Easy to install

Failed after almost 3 years

This dishwasher began to fail after 2 1/2 years. It would randomly turn on and the buttons would not work. Whirlpool safety sent a technician who could not even do a diagnostic test due to a faulty control board & interface board. Quoted $470 to repair to even test it and Whirlpool claimed no safety concern or coverage since it’s fixable.

Looks Great

Very pleased with the dishwasher. It looks sleek and intergrates well with my othe stainless steel appliances. The interior is also very nice with stainless on the inside of the door. It was also good value for the price. Took off one star because the sound level is not as quiet as I anticipated. Also, the dish racks are not as thick and sturdy as my old unit. Overall, it cleans well and looks great, so I would purchase again.

Quiet and great cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is truly quiet and has a great capacity due to the third rack. Putting our flatware and smaller utensils in the third rack allows the silverware basket to be removed, freeing up more space for awkwardly shaped bowls and containers. Less hand washing for me! I also love the stainless steel interior and the many options for cycles and drying. I have yet to use all of them since the Normal cycle is so effective!

Get what you pay for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not at all comparable to my 2010 Kitchen-aid. The dishwasher is lightweight and seems flimsy. The materials used in the build are low quality. The rack rollers will probably be the first to go. I will say that it does get the dishes clean, but I don't know if I'd be putting my name on a product like that. Just being honest here. If I ever buy another appliance, it will be after I check it out in the store.
