Best Washer We Have Owned

Quick load is a time saver!

Whrilpool Washer Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having trouble with the indicator light. Washer functions well but did not anticipate problems so soon. Also, Whirlpool could provide more in depth instructions on the cycle settings (unable to read cycle duration at the moment-malfunctioned).

washer machine can't drain properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the washer can't drain properly. A technician came already to fix it but still having the same problem. And I only use HE detergents.

Nice washer, but there is an adjustment period

There are a few things that we are having to learn, like for this washer, if you put the washing pods in after the clothes, it melts on your clothes because the pods don't fully dissolve. Also, I wish that it had a delayed start so that I could set the washer before bed and clothes would be ready to put in the dryer in the morning.

Hot garbage, do not buy

The first thing that happened with this washer on the day we bought it was that the plastic release tab for the regular dispenser broke. Then, we opened the drawer for the Load & Go dispenser, and that wouldn't close. It took ten days for the appliance repair people from Whirlpool to get parts for our brand new washer. There wound up being a tube blocking the Load & Go dispenser in the back that isn't documented anywhere in any of the instructions, and the repair person advised that we should...

Soap dispenser is a mystery

Soap dispensing is a mystery, I can’t open the bottom drawer because of a washer pan, the single use dispenser appears to take as much as you want to give it, have no idea how much is in it. I have switched to pods where I don’t have to guess.

It would not lock and start a cycle, so my husband removed the receiving lock part and we have ordered a replacement part. I think it should be under warranty but was not sure the process of filing a claim.
