[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been out of town for a few weeks so haven't used this a lot. However it has worked fine. Since its glass is smoky, I can never see the suds in the water so I hope that the "load and go" feature is working. Only other drawback is that I'd like to increase the volume on the "end of cycle" tone but haven't figured out a way to do it yet.

Don't stop cutting off

Not worth the cost.

The washing machine is only 5 years old and the motor has broken. There may also be an issue with the control board.

Otherwise happy

İts good, not great. A service call inspires this review. Messages of Lo-Flo water pressure has plagued the unit lately. Figured sprinkers or garden watering with the unit on were the culprit. Now it won’t run regardless of other aater use - none. Maybe a filter? Dunno. Technician here Tues.

Load and Go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this washer and the Load and Go feature. It dispenses just the right amount of detergent. Not crazy about the black window panel. I can’t see inside during a wash cycle.

Nice washer but too many problems

I bought this washer 4 years ago & have had numerous problems. Dispensing, door lock malfunction, leaking, hoses & mother board replaced. It washes ok if you can keep it running.

frustrating

Low water usage a blessing

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We are on a well at the lake and water levels are low . We are so happy our machine uses so little water.The Spin cycle makes the clothes almost dry..

Features I purchased washers for do not work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst washing machine I have ever owned and operated! I’m 62 and have been doing laundry alll of my life. I have owned two of these washers for 18 months and have never had them both working at same time! I cannot tell you how frustrated I am with these products. I will not buy whirlpool again due to allll of the service issues and the lack from whirlpool to care enough to replace. I’ve had service out to my home over a dozen times!

No warranty service available

Soap container ...

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Soap container in bottom drawer. I cannot get the drawer to close after filling with soap. The container fitting will not connect to the machine fitting.
