[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been out of town for a few weeks so haven't used this a lot. However it has worked fine. Since its glass is smoky, I can never see the suds in the water so I hope that the "load and go" feature is working. Only other drawback is that I'd like to increase the volume on the "end of cycle" tone but haven't figured out a way to do it yet.

I don't understand the negative reviews. We bought this to replace our ten year old Samsung. I was a bit worried due to the negative reviews but bought it anyway. I'm so glad we did! This machine is quiet! I didn't even know it was running when I started the first load. It is so much quieter than the Samsung and I thought that was quiet.
