I have been able to wash a comforter through it with great results and removes stains well. Love the sanitizing cycle for whites, towels etc. and spins things out super well. Would really like to be able to rate it again after 2 years though- longevity is a serious conideration in purchasing same brand in future, as we bought this one to replace the other we only had for 2 years. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it a month ago and are enjoying it. The only problem we've had is adding extra items for the rinse like vinegar. Also the wash requires more fabric softener than we're used to since it seems to get rinsed out. We have to use dryer sheets, too, to get the same amount of softening that we are accustomed to. Our clothes seem to be cleaner, although the cycles are much longer than our old washer ran.

Cleans well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine cleans great but the pump is very noisy when draining. After a month of use it flashed two error codes and has locked the door. I a waiting on service technician and hopefully it's an easy fix.

Lots of Bells and Whistles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two things I wish were different (1) wash cycle defaults to Hot if not specifically put on Cold wash. I would rather the default be Warm. (2) Just leaning up against the washer triggers to electronic jingle...way too easy to lean into the controls. Spin cycle also a little loud.
