[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s not as convenient as my old Whirlpool. Cancelling the cycle isn’t easy like it used to be. Bottom line is I really don’t like it and wouldn’t recommend it. But I do like it better than its companion washer. The Whirlpool companion washer takes 4 hours! in the clean cycle. 4 hours!!! What’s up with that?

I finally had an issue with the washer and tried to fix it myself with no success and calling in a repairman was prohibitively expensive so I replaced them both. So far they are great,an improvement over the old ones. Hopefully they will outlast me.

Out previous Whirlpool Duet washer kept malfunctioning and causing us to have to run several cycles to get our laundry clean. Our 23year old Kenmore gas dryer was as reliable as the sunrise, but having the washer on a pedestal and the dryer on the floor made it difficult to unload the laundry from the dryer.
