Terrible machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screen is very difficult to use. Too many buttons to push. This is a dryer not a washer. I also feel that the dryer continues to dry even after the clothes are dry. How do you expect a person to use the appliance when you don’t supply a manual. I liked my old dryer better.

Toasty warm style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the appearance of the outside of the dryer. The color makes the dryer look stylish.This my first sensing dryer; so I did have to get used to the actual drying process for a dryer of this type. I placed the dryer at the selection above medium. Once I did that, the dryer made the clothes feel toasty warm, but not like they were on fire.

Unhappy with the machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old machine had a better way of choosing a temperature and drying method. When you chose an auto cycle all the temps and drying levels appeared and you only had to press the one that you wanted. Instead of having to press the button continuously until you see the one you want on this new machine. Since you don’t provide a owner manual any more, how do you expect the customer to know how to work the machine. Also the cycle signal sound needs...

New dryer

Dryer Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had it a couple weeks now. Again, being a previous owner of Whirlpool products it was easy to use. The push buttons are very sensitive. The drum is making a squealing noise like it got a mice trapped in it. I'm hoping it just working out the kinks,

User friendly

not thrilled

lots of good features

Poor user interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reason for a three start is the control pad interface. The power button is very sensitive and you have to press and hold the start button to get it to work. Opening the door or turning the mode selection knob should wake up the module and you should have a simple button to turn the thing on. Very frustrating to use on a daily basis and what did this save you in cost but a few pennies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light inside doesn’t turn on when you open the door to remove a load of clothes that just finished. You have to close the door and open it again for it to come on. I do really like the other features of the dryer though. Just disappointed in the light.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not Impressed. Unable to reach anyone at Whirlpool for operational assistance. Online printout instructions were oblique at best. It's a Dryer! How complicated does it have to be? Dryer had to be restarted 3 times to get towels dry
