Would Not RecommendBought a WHES44 from Lowes and have had issues soon after the warranty expired. Have been "nursing" it along for 5 years, finally it's done. No help from Whirlpool. I also have a Whirlpool Refrigerator that also is a piece of junk. So much for "made in the USA!"

Replaced Old Non-working Softener
Would RecommendMy old softener just didn’t soften the water anymore. I had neglected to ever run cleaner through it, and it was pretty old. This new Whirlpool took about 20 minutes total time to him up. My water test immediately after installation came back great and the difference is noticeable.

They were very accommodating and discounted some minor damage during delivery. The water softener install was easy except for a cross threaded bypass valve. Used the replaced softener bypass valve temporary until a replacement is provided by Whirlpool.
