Read some other reviews and had the same thing happen to us. Washer started making a horrible noise, my husband who is super handy went thru everything to try and fix the problem to no eval. Had to hire someone to come out and look and a small bolt holding the motor broke. 800 dollar fix for a 900 dollar machine. Very disappointed as my last Bosch lasted 9 years with zero problems and only got new due to moving.

Washer only lasted a year and half!

Absolutely disgusted. Purchased a Whirlpool washer and dryer only 1 1/2 years ago. Last night the washer was making a horrible noise going from the wash to spin cycle. Had a tech come out today to assess and the main bolt holding the drum together had snapped inside! Repairs will cost me more than purchasing a new one! I purchased this product because I was told they are highly reliable. Not so much! Should have stuck with my 20 year old Maytag top loader..

Easy to use.

Great capacity

Great Capacity- Great Cleaning!

Already having problems

I bought this washer a little over a year ago. I was gone for most of the summer, so it is not like it has been overused. Yet, now it will not drain and spin the clothes out. Instead, it throws up codes and locks the door for hours before I can get it to release. The error codes seem to indicate that it will require parts, and thank to the fact that I am outside of the year, there is no manufacturer's warranty. Only ok features

Good, but doesn't handle pods well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this washer about a month. I have had an issue with laundry pods not fully dissolving and ending up in the gasket, so I'm transitioning over to liquid detergent. Other than that, it seems to work fine.

Quiet, fast and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second front loading washer. Our first was a Whirlpool and was one of the first front loaders they designed. There was an issue with it almost right away, and Whirlpool replaced the tub and many other parts. Because of the good service, we didn't hesitate to buy another Whirlpool. This one seems much sturdier and we are happy with it.

Wash well
