Very disappointed

I purchased 2 ,for side by side ,reverse doors to fill a 52in space. 1 unit works but must watch the refrigerator 🌡 I purchased to keep track of temp. Gets bogged down with very few new items placed from grocery store. 2nd unit. Hasn't not worked since day received. Iced up in freezer water all over new home floor. Whirlpool, sending someone, when?? It's been a month. I realize not expensive, however would expect to actually work,especially from Whirlpool.

Do not buy this fridge.

I have had this fridge for almost four years and it is awful. The freezer has a lot of ice build up, so much that it blocks the airflow to the fridge section which then doesn’t keep temp. Before it fully ices up, there is water constantly leaking into the fridge from the freezer—and we don’t have an ice-maker with this fridge so there is no water connection to be leaking. I left a bad review of this product back in September of 2025 due to the continuous frost build up and condensation. Whirlpool reached out and serviced my unit free of charge even out of warranty. They told me there is a known "fix" and it's been fine ever since. It hasn't been tested by our humid summers yet but so far so good. Kudos to Whirlpool for taking action. Stay tuned!

Good door shelves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had a new refrigerator in more than two decades, so I'm not used to the newer way of shelving, and it takes some getting used to. I would like more flexibility in the freezer like there is in the fridge. The dairy drawer is too deep -- we forget what's not in front, and the crisper is way too deep -- it's a beverage bucket for us, essentially. But I love the deep door shelves and that it WORKS.

Not Impressed

The normal magnetic pull that closes the refrigerator door is almost non-existent. This means that when using this refrigerator, I am constantly double-checking that the door is SEALED. I've never had this happen with any other Frigidaire or Kenmore refrigerator. 2. There is no "door ajar" alarm which requires extra vigilance. 3. The plastic drawers are cheaply made...

Waste of money and a lot of time

If you love defrosting freezers then you'll love this refrigerator. Otherwise I highly recommend you but something else. Picking a fridge up off the side of the road might be a better option. I've had to defrost this piece of junk more times than I can count. At least I haven't lost much food since I keep an eye on it because I know it's a piece of junk.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY THIS. Every 4 months I have to defrost this stupid thing. The design is terrible. Once the vents between the fridge and freezer are frozen, no cold air can get into the fridge area from the freezer.

Endless Condensation and Water Dripping!

Freezer continuously ices over and water accumulates inside refrigerator and on floor. Soggy food and potential floor damage. This started after only a few months. I spent over $400 on multiple service calls, defrosting, drain tube cleaning, etc. only to have the whole process start all over again 1 month later. Always made sure freezer and refrigerator door didn't stay open too long...it didn't matter. I'm going to cut my losses and scrap this piece of junk after less than 2 years.

Worst refrigerator I have ever bought. Can’t regulate the freezer portion at all. One minute it’s iced up, the next minute it’s leaking water to the bottom part. I HATE IT. Don’t buy.

Don't waste your $$

Worst fridge ever. It cools when it wants to, then suddenly the fridge is warm. Have tried to make sure the freezer is not overloaded so it doesn't frost every item, then defrost the entire unit, then load lightly, but that didn't work. It's used as an overflow fridge in my basement, mainly for drinks, but sometimes for perishables like eggs and my next container of milk or creamer. Terrible Refrigerator

Nothing but problems with this refrigerator. Freezer will not freeze. Water from condenser on the inside. Many service repairs. Part numbers changed so I could never get it fixed properly while under warranty. I'm not paying another dollar to fix this.
