Would Not RecommendI sprayed this on my driveway which had some discoloration due to fungus and water logging. After 48 hours of drying, there was no noticeable effect on the driveway. Finally I had to get the driveway pressure washed while watching my money being washed away!

Would RecommendThis is an easy product to use. However, you need patience. It is not an apply and all is shiny product. It works over time - about a week. If you want instant, this is. not the product for you. It is animal friendly after it dries and is ok on plants.

I used this on a white vinyl fence about 1 month ago, which had heavy dirt, grime, and mildew on it I applied a very libral amount to the fence, as per instructions. We had no rain for about 1 week, and since then, we had several strong thunder storms. I see very little difference on the fence from when I first applied it. I really wish I would have just used simple green, and a soft brush. Would have saved me money.
