Would Not RecommendExpensive. Says to spray on and don't rinse that it will work over several months. Applied it to pool screen enclosure for mold removal. Weeks have gone by no change. Complete waste of money.

After about two months it removed all stains on my driveway and best of all it didn't erode my joint sealer caulk like other chemicals I have tried.

Would RecommendFollow the instructions, really get the surface wet with the mix, and then be patient. Only negative is product does not yield an instant clean. But,I sprayed a heavy algae on the vinyl siding of my barn, and now 4 years later, the siding is quite clean yet.

It eliminates the algae (green and black) and has lasted between 2 and 4 years depending on location. Remember that it takes 6 to 12 months to see the results. Take pictures before you start and again in 6 months.
