Great generator. Came assembled except the wheels and front legs. Very easy to put those items on. Starts right up and will serve as a tool to keep many of our items running in our house when we lose power.

I purchased this item online, but realized the delivery date would be too late for my needs. I planned to cancel the order and purchase in person. The website wouldn't let me cancel, so I called the store I purchased from. The associates could not cancel the order. They then gave me the shipper's phone number to call and see if I could stop it there. I called multiple times, but the company does not pick up; they set the answering service to hang up on you. Will run on gas or propane

It will run the whole house during an outage if we are mindful of consumption. Easy assembly. Ship to home made it easy. We had a power interruption within a week of receiving it. It worked flawlessly.

Good buy

I bought mine 3 years ago and I am very happy with it . Had to turn it on this winter and without any problem powered the house for more then 10 hours . I will recommend this generator to anybody. Had no problem running everything in the house including internet , TV's , computers .

Heavy Duty Generator

We ordered a Dual Fuel but received a free upgrade to a Tri Fuel. It was delivered a couple of days ago and we are very pleased with the heavy duty build of this generator. Easy to set up and came with all the extras that are needed for the different fuels as well as a battery charger, oil and funnel, and wrenches needed to install the legs and wheels. I purchased this generator in case we have electrical outages of multiple days, which happens with unfortunate frequency. I ordered a dual-fuel unit, but was sent a tri-fuel unit (no complaints there). It operates fine on gasoline, but fails to start or operate on propane, which is the ideal fuel for a longer outage.
