Thought it was a mistake when I saw Trifuel but was excited to see that it was upgraded!

Don’t wait until the last minute to get it.

This product does what it’s supposed to do. It just I ordered. It’s a good product.

Rattles when under load

Great features, but with even a small load it rattles like metal hitting metal internally. I can't find anything lose externally that would cause the noise. I plan to return it. The one they shipped me is the 14500/11500 tri fuel all though I ordered the dual fuel.

Great product

Well thought out design. Very user friendly. Very little assembly and what assembly there is was easy. Ships with everything needed to get up and going minus the gasoline. Extremely well packaged. The remote start fob is handy. While I didn't see it initially this unit is also capable of running off of a natural gas. It does not come with a hose for a natural gas line but it comes with the hose w/ regulator for use with a propane tank.

Has everything I was looking for

So far I have been pleased with all aspects of this purchase. Good instructions great operation and met expectations.

Excellent generator, I was in between a predator and this one and I have to say the Westinghouse totally out classed the predator by warranty and quality and very close in price, this has features I will never use . 5 * * * * * stars for me . ITS A WORKHORSE !! LOWES DID UP THE PRICE $ 100 THE DAY AFTER I BOUGHT IT.

Different features

I bought this unit because of it having battery startup where my older unit is pull start and i am getting to old to pull start it. also this one i can run on different fuels.

Great when it works

The generator is a beast and works great when it runs. Mine arrived with a defective remote start. Per Westinghouse it's either the starter or the solenoid. It isn't easy using the pull start. During the last power outage during a Maine Winter, it took a 1/2 hour of pulling before the generator started. Westinghouse needs to step up the QC because I find this to be unacceptable for a new generator to have so many issues.

I don't understand why a customer was having a problem canceling an order with Lowe's. I have ordered and canceled several items that I purchased from Lowe's and never had any problem. Make sure you read the user manual before using

Ready to go out of the box with little set up. Glad I read the manual before the first run. I almost used a different weight of oil due to the anticipated cold temps but the manual says in plain English NOT to do this.

Perfect for our home

Very happy we brought this for this generator my cousin recommended for us to buy this said that his is the one he has and his house is way bigger than mines.

Works great

This generator worked great after we figured out a few things. The directions are missing some things like the fuel line on/off switch which is never mentioned. But works well.
