Perfect Fit

I needed a ladder for access to overhead storage shelves and cabinets. I chose this Werner because I already have two of their taller ladders and with over ten years of use they are just as safe and sound as ever. Excellent product.

Does exactly what it is suppose to do.

Great product. Real sturdy construction, easy to move around due to size, and still able to reach standard height ceilings. Wish I had a couple more.

Great ladder

I just bought my third Werner 4 ft ladder. The last two both had the same problem, the feet either broke off or the legs came through the rubber feet. I use it for both leaning and fully open.

Perfect size

Great ladder for those small jobs in and around the home. Light weight yet very sturdy and stable. As a senior woman, it is important to feel secure when you're changing that light bulb!!

Piece of junk

The ladder is junk. I weigh 175 and stand 5ft 5inches, not a big man. Though the ladder was stable straight on as soon as reached behond the straight plane the ladder collapsed/ folded underneath me.This was on a concrete floor. Buy a different ladder.

Quality ladder

Hoped for a better selection of 4 ft ladders but this was all that Lowe’s had. Didn’t want to pay as much as I did but it seems to be a quality product.

Sturdy and perfect height

This ladder was the least expensive and what a bang for your buck! Sturdy, perfect for doing odd jobs in the house, light weight and doesn't take up a lot of room.

4 ft step ladder

I am an appraiser. Have used several types of ladders over the years. Telescoping ladders are way too heavy and you have to be careful not to get your hands and fingers in the way when retracting. This one is lightweight, sturdy, can take the weather as I keep it in the back of the truck. I use it to reach drop stair attic access cords that are too short or in cases where I have to access a scuttle to view an attic.

Describes it perfectly!

Solid, easy to open and close. Very good for storing, short yet closes right. Steps are solid and non slippery. Top of ladder has small compartment for nails/screws/etc. Perfect!
