Great and perfect sized ladder

Very lightweight and even portable for it's 4ft height size. I used to reach trim on the outside of our ranch styled home. Very sturdy and without the burdensome weight. I love it!

Very sturdy and very light!

This is a good ladder as expected. The only thing I don't like is that it requires buying Lock In accessories - would be so much nicer if it included some hooks or some generic type holders for common products instead of having to buy Werner paint cups, Werner Hooks, Werner Bucket and Werner "Lassos". If you don't want to make the ladder compatible with generic products, then you should include an accessory or two or charge a reasonable price. Thirteen dollars for a bucket and $7 for a paint cup...

Solid work ladder

Good solid ladder, but opening takes some muscle and working each side little by little. This is the trade off for a solid work platform, once set its not going to wobble or twist once set. My six footer is much easier to open one handed all at once, maybe it's a mfg quirk the pivot rivets are so!! Tight!

Didnt break skin

This is a sturdy ladder. I was able to hold my quart size paint in the grove on the top while I was painting. It lost a few stars because I had trouble closing it. The hing wouldn't move and I grabbed it closer to the hing to try and get it to bend closed. BAD Bad move. I totally closed it on my little finger. Not a smooth close system that's for sure. Other them that it is fine. light weigh. I would recommend to someone that is an occasional user and not looking for a high quality. I would rate...

Good brand name ladder lets me down!

It does what it was intended to do. It is not easy to open, you need to really work to make sure legs are fully extended and leg locks are all the way down. It is a little shaky at the suggested top step. It is ok for around the house small needs but I would not want to be on it all day.

Ok 4' Ladder

I like the ladder and find it to be very useful for around the house tasks. It is definitely a big step up in quality and support from the folding 2' step stool I had been using. I can't wait to try the lock in system along the other tool holding slots. The only improvement I see so far is additional cross members on the support side of the ladder so it does not flex while opening the ladder. Not much to mess up on making one. Open it up, climb up to desired height...do what ya gotta do, then put it away.

This is a very handy ladder.

I'm remodeling my bathroom from the ceiling to the floor. This ladder is the perfect height and doesn't take up much space. I highly recommend it to anyone. The only thing I don't understand is that you could buy the same ladder in a 6ft at the same price. But I can't use the 6ft in my small bathroom because it adjust out to far.

handy, needs safety hand rail

size is good, lightweight, needs some type of hold on rail to come up, after the 2nd step up , nothing to hold on to, so kinda unsafe.

I ordered online to p/up at store. Just the size I was looking for and very easy to carry. I wanted a fiberglass/metal ladder at this height so I could use for my cleaning business. Perfect.
