Would RecommendThis makes a big difference at any height over 18'. I suggest using a bit of adhesive so the white rubber pads don't come off. Also if painting inside I place a pair of white socks over the white rubber pads to protect the painted wall surfaces.

Would RecommendNothing to dislike. It was very easy to install and remove. It's very stable. I could not tell that I was even on a ladder 16 feet up. Normally I feel like falling backward but this felt like I was standing on the ground. The paint bucket hook was awesome too.
